I just went to Cheenu's playschool to get his starting " Kit" today (playgroup starts on Friday !!). I took Cheenu along too to familiarize him with what lies ahead and guess what...the moment we entered his class with other parents and a few unsuspecting kids like Cheenu who too had accompanied their parents... He started crying...i mean actually crying out loud and then stuck to me like a magnet the whole time we were there.
Hmmm.... we always think that the kids who cry out will be other kids and that maybe somehow our kid would be this amazing guy who gels around with everyone, smile on his lips and takes to school like a fish to water. ..sigh ! sigh !! kids give you a reality check..everytime.:-)))
OK sonny boy...No worries.. its OK to cry at the sight of other crying kids and parents.. No worries at all...Its my heart that needs control the first day he will start school.... maybe he will be fine but i will be the one trying to control my urge to cry... somehow it feels my little one is growing up faster than i thought he would :-(
